Conference registration fees are as follows:
- Early-bird Registration (May 10-June 15) - $100
- Group Registration (register 3 or more, June 16 - September 30) - $125 ea.
- Standard Registration (June 16 - September 30) - $150
- Late or Walk-in Registration (October 1-12) - $225

If you need to pay by check, you can download the printable registration form, print out and complete, and then send in your registration fee by check with your printed registration form to the address provided on the form.
