Main Agenda – Bb 9 on Cruise Control
This meeting will be a continuation of the discussion, that began at our March meeting, where we identified some of the obvious (and not so obvious) things to look out for regarding upgrading to Blackboard 9.x
During this discussion, let's discuss where member institutions are/should be in their rollout, communication and training initiatives that are underway, and system-wide configurations that have been made (ie. features that have been turned on/off and why). Also considerations for the summer/fall service packs. NIU will kick-off the discussion by sharing their preparation efforts and training initiatives prior to their upgrade.
Blackboard will again be participating remotely. Anyone with specific questions, comments, experiencing problems, having update concerns or anything else related to the meeting topic can send them to me before Monday, May 10 so they can be forwarded to Blackboard prior to the meeting. Anyone who has already moved to version 9 is encouraged to participate either in-person or online.
