July 2013 SLATE Meeting

This is a reminder that the next monthly SLATE meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 17th beginning at 10:00am and hosted by Northwestern University.  We will be meeting at, The Great Room (which is 610 Haven Street in Seabury Hall, #3 on the map).  To give Northwestern time to prepare for our visit, please RSVP back to Ken Sadowski by Monday, July 15th with the names of those that will be attending from your institution. Feel free to share this information with others, including faculty, that may be interested in this topic. See additional information at the end of this message for location, directions, parking, etc.

• Post BbWorld report from those that were there

• REGISTRATION is open for the 2013 SLATE Conference and Midwest Moodle Moot. Take advantage of the group registration discount (see website for details).
• CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS are still being accepted.  Deadline for submissions is July 15, 2013
• If you will be attending BbWorld this year, please let me know, as SLATE will be meeting on Thursday, July 11 @ 4:15 in Casanova 501
